Since many years ago I have been coaching Executives and People in transition. Following the release of my book in several languages I’ve begun working directly with a selected number of high-level professionals, executives mainly in international and global organizations but also people who are looking for a new direction and a compass to "get there". I use a mix of Coaching methodology (I am certified coach from Georgetown University) and my deep international experience in Human Resources as HR Director for 20 years.
In our coaching work together, we focus on the areas where you’d like to grow, which may include:
Defining your aspirations and goals, your strengths, your talent, your tendencies, your values
Evaluating and assessing your capabilities and leverage them
Improve your awarness and understanding your blind spots
Understanding the obstacles / saboteurs in your journey and how to avoid them
Gain a deep understanding of your professional value/impact/trajectory
Reinventing yourself professionally and gaining access to new opportunities
Redesign your approach to job market including how to stand out, write CV , conduct a sucessfull recruiment process, negotiate a salary. Important aspect will be how to improve your social media presence and impact.
I typically work with clients during a six to eight months coaching engagement with 10 sessions of 60 to 75 minutes each. Most of the sessions are done via skype. I am also available to my clients for quick calls when necessary/needed. If you wish to start the coaching engagment with me, you should be prepared to invest 2/3 hours of work between sessions.
